The United States of America has always been seen as the “City upon a Hill,” the standard for excellence that all others strive for. We have been known as innovators, creators and, most of all, hard workers. However, over the last few years we have lost what makes America “America.” We have moved our factories overseas and we’d rather import than manufacture at home. The result has been a multitude of products reaching the market that have no quality control, no reliability, and no real practical use. We believe consumers deserve better because we know we can do better.
That’s why at Merlola Industries, we have made it our mission to bring manufacturing back to the USA. We maintain complete control over the supply chain to make sure that every product is made from locally and responsibly sourced materials, meets American quality standards, and, most of all, maintains a fair price for our domestic and international customers. We take US-sourced polypropylene and machine process it by melting and blowing it to create “meltblown” and non-woven fabric material that is used in the creation of surgical masks to filter 95% of particles. Apart from masks, meltblown material is used for all kinds of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gowns, gloves and surgical apparel. But it goes further than that, it can also be used in the production of filters, dryer sheets, heat & sound insulation, and even diapers and hygiene products. Our goal is to make America the center of manufacturing again, bring back jobs, and create a brand that you can trust and rely on for your needs.
